Click the “Register” button
Follow the step by step Process to register as follows:
Log in using the username and password you created when you registered.
If you forgot your password, click here and you will receive and email prompting you to change it.
Once you’re logged in, click to “Apply for New License”:
Search for your property by address using the search bar, then click to select your property. Click “continue” when you have selected your property:
Choose from drop down menu which type of license you are applying for: either hosted or non-hosted. (Hosted = host lives on-site. Non-hosted = host does not live on-site.)
Once you have selected the type of license you need, fill in the information boxes and be sure to check the two checkboxes. Click continue:
The next page gives you the ability to upload your required documents. Select these documents from your computer and be sure to click “upload selected documents”. If the property is hosted, you will need to upload proof that you were renting prior to April 10, 2018. If your property is non-hosted, you will be prompted to upload the proof of renting prior to April 10, 2018 as well as a site plan and a floor plan.
This review page is a chance for you to review everything you’ve entered and check for accuracy. If you need to make adjustments, click “Back”. When you are sure everything is correct, click “Submit”.
Once you have clicked “Submit” you will be asked if you would like to create another license. If you have a different property, click yes. If you are ready to check out, click no.
From here, you will see your shopping cart and be able to make a payment using Paypal. If you do not have a Paypal account, you will need to create one by going to paypal.com.
Once you have made your payment, your application will be reviewed by the City Of Seaside. You will be notified once your license has been approved.
